Mahendra Kumar Giri serves as one of the directors of Prasiddhi Trade and Suppliers and has served as a member of Prasiddhi since 2021. He also currently serves as CEO of Sahara Nepal, a member of the Board in Pathibhara Prasiddhi Trade and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., Gemstones Minerals Pvt. Ltd. He is actively involved in many other Financial Institutions like the National Co-Operative Bank, also a pioneer of microfinance in Nepal.

His active involvement in Sahara Nepal Projects and businesses dealings with various companies, his involvement in client selection for the company has shepherded the company in the right direction.
